POSTE

Client Insights & Experiences

  • Coordinate and assist in the execution of all client activations, including pop-ups, in-store animations, brand events, amongst many others (supporting through the planning phase to driving execution to conducting post-event analysis)
  • Collaborate with Merchandising, Zone, Visual Merchandising, Communications, and Retail teams to ensure smooth execution of commercial activities for clients following global guidelines and concepts
  • Support Retail teams in in-store client actions during store opening, gifting moments, birthdays, festivities, client appointments, etc.
  • Liaise with Retail and Zone to ensure smooth client experiences on all international client events and overseas virtual bridges
  • Conduct regular store visits and competitor mystery shopper to understand opportunities in elevating client experiences
  • Supervise appointed suppliers to ensure all deliverables are rendered based on expectations and within the set budget allocation
  • Engage and discover clients to better understand them to be able to develop more client-centric actions
  • Plan and prepare presentation deck and strategies for various client activations

Administration

  • Prepare materials for weekly and monthly submissions
  • Prepare data needed for reporting or to facilitate clienteling insights and analysis

PROFIL

Key Requirements & Competencies

  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Possesses intermediate competence in Microsoft functions (Excel, Powerpoint)
  • Client-centric
  • Positive, self-initiative, a team player & willing to learn
  • Prior work experience in the retail/luxury industry will be advantageous
